Mt. Zion is a life-giving church and we believe that life begins in Jesus Christ. At Mt. Zion Church, our vision is to create an environment from which people can do life well. From children to adults, we believe it has always been God's intention that every person discover their amazing potential through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ

At Mt. Zion, we teach the Word of God and how to apply it everyday. We are committed to helping others experience life to its fullest.

From local to global outreach, we strongly believe that we are called to reach out with the life-giving message of God's love and be a force of hope to a dying hopeless world.

Our Values

Faith

The only way to know God is by faith. Faith is not a narrow occasion, a feeling, or a fleeting impression. Faith is a lifestyle, not a lifestyle of religion, but of knowing and responding to God. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

People Missions

People are precious to God and, therefore, precious to us. Getting the Gospel of Christ to people local and abroad is a core value here at Mt. Zion. From the early 1970's when we held our first missions conference to the present day, we have supported church planting and have been actively involved in reaching souls from Yuma to the other side of the world.

Deliverance / Freedom

We believe at Mt. Zion that God's plan was and is that people live without restraint, dominion or oppression, through hearing, understanding and responding to the Word of God.

Praise

Praise is the response of our relationship with the living God. It is a 24/7 lifestyle. A heart of praise influences the way we speak, think, and listen. Praise shapes the way we see and the way we do life. It is not a religious or ridged expression, and it looks good on God's people
